Pale straw coloured, the nose shows apricot, yellow plums, cashews and caramel. The palate is broad yet fresh, with good depth of citrus and hazelnut flavours intermingled with hints of caramel and spice. Very pure and refreshing. Food Matching: Crab. Prawns. Fish pates. Fish cakes (especially salmon). Vegetable terrines. Spring vegetable risotto
